Suffolk Probation Area works with offenders throughout the county, to reduce re-offending and thereby protect the public. In 2006, the whole of the National Probation Service was required to undergo Job Evaluation, in order to ensure consistency. Suffolk Probation Area commissioned TOOJAYS to co-ordinate various aspects of this process on their behalf.
