Working with the Head of Business Change, TOOJAYS were invited to design and deliver in Germany a bespoke programme of trainer development to enable the business unit to increase the effectiveness of its internal project and process deliver to end users.

The pre work Lee had done for this course was of very high standard and I knew exactly what to expect and what specific topics will be covered. On the course itself, I was pleasantly surprised by the way Lee conducted the training. His in depth knowledge became instantly clear and so he managed to build rapport with me and the group and got everyone engaged from the start.
